Do people honestly like using apple earbuds?

They come with the phone, and have a mic. I have a pair of good headphones if I really want them.

The sound is decent enough. I'm not an audio snob like some people, though.

They're not my primary choice but I do use them from time to time.

Then don't use them. Buy headphones or earbuds that produce the sound that you prefer.

I don't. Can't stand the sound quality. I just leave them in the box so that I can say that my iphone comes with "all accessories" when it's time to resell

I haven't used them since before the iPhone. I hate them. They hurt my ears while listening to music. Besides, having unused/unopened earbuds is a good selling point when my iPhone goes on eBay when the new one is announced.

theyre beyond useless for me.

sound wise, i dont expect much for bundled earbuds.
as for fit though, theyre horrible. apple needs to include earphones.

I'm just pissed they don't work with other phones. Turned my old android into a VOIP phone for work (free calls from home using google voice) and they don't work in there...

What are they good for then? I'll keep them in my beater car that doesn't have bluetooth I guess... weak.

They're better than they used to be. I don't have much problem with the sound quality, just the fit. I actually bought the Apple In-Ear headphones and like them much more. They're very comfortable and I think they sound great.

I used them with my first ipod because I didn't have any other headphones. They were okay and at least still came with the foam coverings back then. Now I can't stand them. I don't think you could pay me to use them.

I actually use them on my work PC (ASUS Zenbook) for music at work, for my iPhone, iPad and MBP, I use Beats By Dre Studio Headphones, they sound great!

Agreed. They stink. Can't complain too much for free along with the ipod/iphone, but my iPhone headset hasn't been used once and is still in the iphone box. I immediately bought some other headset on amazon that have foam/rubber so it can stick in the ear and STAY THERE, along with noise cancellation and better low-end response.
