Do timers sometimes not work?

I set a timer for 15 minutes with Siri, verified it’s running and after 15 minutes it didn’t ring. Ended up burning my food 🤣. Did anyone else experience this?

Apple owes me 10 bucks.

Did the screen show the stop/repeat buttons after the 15 minutes? Was the "countdown" showing until then?

I've never had a timer not work.

I am having multiple issues with this. Timers not sounding, timers pausing with no intervention by me or just plain disappearing. I sometimes have two or three running concurrently. It has gotten bad enough I purchased a timer from ThermoWorks that features three timers. I keep hoping an update will fix the problem but so far not so. My problems are with timers set on an Apple Watch 10.
