Yes, please! I have small hands and I would not mind a larger phone!
With a larger screen, you can just see so much more and everything won't be so cramped.

This topic has already been beaten beyond death in countless prior threads. However, even if one wasn't aware of that it is a given that better is always highly subjective no matter what the topic. Some want a bigger screen. Some do not. We're not all identical in our needs/wants.
Not identical, but much more similar than most want to admit. And when it comes to screen size then my bet is that Apple users are not very different from Android users. All this resistance to large screens seems primarily due to one thing. Apple doesnt make it... yet. But once that mental barrier gets broken then my guess is that Apple users will strongly prefer the bigger screen.

If the 6 has a bigger screen then the C range of phones will be the current size, and maybe even stay that way thus giving everyone an option. :)

I don't want a larger phone. I am 100% fine with the size of my 5s. I would rather apple continue to innovate and not fall for the bigger screen is better syndrome.

Note true for me. I had a bigger display, and immediately went back to the iPhone. So if its OK for you, doesn't mean, once you go bigger, its hard to go back. That's just a simple reply from those that want bigger, doesn't mean everyone, and wish what you posted would not be posted so often because its not true for everyone. ;)
Did you want me to post my opinion or other people's opinion? It's just my opinion. Geez!

I would prefer at least having the option to buy an iPhone with a larger display. I really like the larger Android devices I've owned and have gone back and forth over the years. Also, the keyboard is really cramped and I'm constantly deleting characters instead of typing M's on this narrow display. If I could relocate the delete key perhaps it would be ok.

However, I must say the finger print sensor works perfectly one-handed.

Cheers,

This should of had a poll so users can vote on what they want. I think people love Apple so much they'll like whatever is released and live with it. I want a bigger screen. I can live with where its at currently but bigger is better in my opinion.

Apple will make a bigger phone next year? You stand by that comment? It took them 5 years to finally increase the screen size on the 5 I doubt they'll be going bigger any time soon.

I think they will. The next-gen is a major redesign. There are already rumors of them purchasing larger screen size for testing. So at the very least they are looking into it.

I think they should sell two sizes and they may be able to grab some market share back from android.

Plus if the screen is bigger, the device will be bigger and you can fit a larger battery in there. Generally if done correctly, the larger battery can compensate for more than just the extra power required by the larger screen.

It's too late.

Many of us waited a few years then after the soft uninspiring 5S launch, went out and bought the Android that appealed to our preferences.

Quite surprised to find my Galaxy S4 much better than expected, it's fast fun & incredibly full featured.

I now have a smartphone that is ideal for my wants and needs.

I don't want a bigger screen. I'm fine with the current 4" screen, and I would have even been fine if they stuck with the 3.5" screen. I don't play games or watch videos on my phone, so I personally don't need a screen that size.

However, I'm fine with Apple making a bigger screen available if they so desire, as long as they continue to sell/stock a model for those of us that aren't interested in carrying around iPad Mini-sized behemoths.

I wouldn't mind something in-between the S3 (I have one I use for work, but find it a tad too big) and the iPhone 5. Anything the size of the S3 and up is too much. I like that my phone fits nicely and unnoticeable to me in my pocket. And to second another poster... I have an iPad.

I <3 this screen size. I like one-handed use.

I just came from an S4 (;

mayb a little longer length wise or wider. I think that's all , if they do anything

The problem is once you go bigger its very hard to go back. I've been using a 4.5 screen android and want to go iphone but every time I go to the store I can't get past the smaller screen size.

Did you want me to post my opinion or other people's opinion? It's just my opinion. Geez!

Your opinion is wrong...

Geez....You did say, " Once YOU go bigger, its very hard to go back" so you were posting as if we all or most all would not want to go back if we went bigger,.....you were including others, not just you. ;)

I went from an i5 to an S4 for the screen. It's a fantastic screen and I had no issues with it, but I prefer iOS so came back to a 5S. Didn't take much to get used to the smaller screen, and I'm finding it's adequate as is. I'd like to see a bigger screened iphone however, 5" at the most. That and full HD like the S4, running iOS would be a fantastic phone. The S4 (or even HTC One) running iOS would be awesome too.

All my opinion, I'm not saying Apple should or must go bigger, but I'd be happy to se it.

Coming from a nexus 4 that had a 4.7 inch screen
Bigger isn't always better
It can be hard to hold comfortably with one hand
I had to text with 2 hands because stretching my thumb around the screen was a bit annoying

There are keyboards that you can get that moves the keys to one side or another to make it easier to type one handed.

I had the original iPhone, 3gs, 4, and then took a detour to a GNex and Nexus 4.

Now back with the 5s - indeed I would like a bigger screen. After using it for a few days and trying the Nexus 4 again, the screen is definitely a relief. That said, I prefer the form factor of the device more and the fluidity and new visual presentation of iOS7.

I don't believe I'd like to go back to a device that size... I forgot how much I missed one-handed operation, and the 5s is just pushing the limits for me there.

It seems with an IGZO display stretching edge-to-edge, they could get ~4.5" keeping a similar 16:9 ratio of in the 5/5s while keeping the form factor of the current device.

Having owned the 5s for almost a week I really don't think I'd like a bigger screen. It's a beautiful handset, fits nice in the hand and pocket, and I can navigate the screen from top to bottom with my thumb. Is bigger better?

No. I like it. If I want a bigger screen then I use the Mini (though I sold it -- waiting for the next gen Mini).

Yes, I want a bigger screen. Do I need one? No. BUT I have found that many tasks are much easier with the larger screen on my HTC One.

It would be nice if Apple would simply offer more CHOICE in screen sizes on their phones..

You couldn't have said it better my friend. If i say something like that on this forum, I get ridiculed. I believe Apple will release two sizes. 4 inch, maybe call it a mini and release a 5 inch beauty. I owned the S4 and loved it, the only thing is it did sync well with my Macbook.. If I hadn't owned a Mac, I would be a Samsung user.

My Comments in bold below.

It's too late. almost, but not yet

Many of us waited a few years then after the soft uninspiring 5S launch, went out and bought the Android that appealed to our preferences. some are still waiting and others say its a "perfect size".

Quite surprised to find my Galaxy S4 much better than expected, it's fast fun & incredibly full featured. i agree

I now have a smartphone that is ideal for my wants and needs.

I think the thing that most people are looking for is larger screen yet smaller device. If we could fit a 55 inch screen in a 3 inch device that could still be used 1 handed, that would be the preference. That said, if Apple found a way to get gesture navigation and a virtual screen, it would make for a great user experience.
