So we could be seeing new 14" & 16" MacBook Pro laptops, a new Mac mini, AND a new 27" iMac; all with M1X (M2, M2X, whatever) ASi SoC chips within...?!?

This would bring the entire lineup of Macs to ASi, excepting the Mac Pro (which will probably be sometime next year)...!

For those wondering about a larger-than-27" iMac, maybe Apple holds the 30" (or 32", or whatever) iMac Pro back for release before the Mac Pro (and Mac Pro Cube)...

Who knows...!?! Monday should be interesting though...!!! ;^p

Seems Apple was really stung by several years of Mac failures (thermally constrained Mac Pro, keyboard issues, lack of ports, customers concerned Mac was getting replaced by iPad, etc) that Apple now feels like they have to blow people's minds with awesome Macs that will Men In Black style wipe people's memory clean of those bad Mac feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I've been wanting to replace my 2013 MBP for 4 years but was turned off by the issues.

What's interesting is how these M1X MacBook Pros have now taken on mythic proportions.

I'll be ordering a 16" 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, the moment I can. I think it'll cost $3,300 with tax and Apple Care. And I fully expect to have to wait six weeks or more for it.

BTW, $2,000 in 2006 is the same as $2,700 today with inflation. That's what I paid for my MBP Core2Duo back then, and about $2,700 is what I figure I'll be paying now.

I’m highly skeptical on iMac. There have been zero rumors for 2021 (all rumors so far have said 2022) and the only thing this guy is going off of is a possible coincidence in marketing. Plus with major supply constraints and shipping delays happening right now it seems even less likely they’d announce 4 new major macs. I would love to be wrong though!

“Unleashed” probably refers to the power of ASi when not plugged in to an outlet
