I will once the untethered jailbreak is available for my 4S. I've jailbroken all my iOS devices for some tweaks that Apple won't allow.
SBSettings is great for turning features on/off without going into the Settings. There is also an app that allows me to customize the carrier ID so I don't have to see "AT&T" up there.
Recently, I have a need to disable A2DP on my 4S because I don't want my A2DP Bluetooth headset to take over as my music output when the 4S is connected to my car stereo via the dock. No such feature exists in the stock firmware. But there is a jailbreak app that allows me to enable and disable A2DP.
So, there are still reasons to jailbreak, at least for me.
