The female voice is the most popular as that's the one that's featured in all the commercials. However, I find that I'm comfortable with the male voice. I wonder if certain people with a certain sexuality prefer a certain voice and that has something to do with it?

I have never tried the male voice and DID find it a little easier to understand. But been doing the female Siri for so long now, I had to go back.

I am sure the sexual preference does have something to do with it for some people.:apple:

I'm likely that certain sexuality you're wondering about :D

I'm a gay guy and I have it set with the female voice. Has always been there, it's what I'm used to and that male voice just sounds odd. Not that siri doesn't sound odd too..but I'm used to it. I normally like change, but not here.

I have enough females in my life trying to tell me what to do and where to go...... so naturally mine is female....:p J/K

The female doesn't sound like my kind of female. Her voice is cheeky and round. I actually liked the old Siri voice.

The guys voice sounds very nice. It has a calm, reassuring tone to it. I also feel like the female one makes more mistakes.

And let's face it, the difference between the voices actually makes sense. I mean I wish I could have the voice of the woman from Her on Siri.
