I have 3 books I have to read for English Honors. I've had all summer and have only gotten partway through the first book. I have to have my 'reading journal' done on the first day of school, Sept. 7th. Yeah, I procrastinate.

^^

You are screwed. Unless you have taken a speed reading class.

If I were in your shoes I would procrastinate even more just to join the procrastinator club. Or not. It is up to you. To me procrastination is more of a style than just being lazy.

Pfft, that's what Spark Notes is for :p. Even if I didn't use Spark Notes though, I could probably finish it - I'm a pretty fast reader.

For AP English Literature and AP U.S. Government, I have to read 7 books and write 24 pages worth of journals by September 7th. I've read two of the books and written 6 pages so far, so while there is going to be a bit of SparkNoting involved, I'm going to get everything done.

No time like the last minute I always say! LOL

I'm a master procrastinator. I put off putting things off.

But seriously I thrive on the pressure of a looming deadline. If I don't feel that I might not get it done on time, the quality of my work is much lower. I've been known to write 25 page research papers overnight. :D

I do my best work under pressure!

It used to really piss off my co-workers, because I could pull some stuff off that nobody, not even my management thought I could make happen.

Too bad though, I guess if I applied myself I could be way ahead of where I am now in life...

Hmmm, maybe I'll try that tomorrow ;)

For larger tasks, I do tend to put them off a bit - but I love to have any job done early. I work very well under pressure, and a lot of the time I tend to leave things until there's an amount of pressure... I used to do that habitually but have improved.

That's because your AWESOME! LOL ;)
