Do you really WANT a free bumper?

1) I did mention the prox sensor in my initial post- read again.
2) I did go in for replacement
3) my focus is not reception, or camera or sensor-- it is simply getting a working trouble free phone, whatever user's problems may be.

Some people are salivating at the thought of getting a free bumper from Apple.

Others think that the bumper is and ugly and wouldn't want it even if free.

Some say the real problem has nothing to do with the antenna- it is the proximity sensor.

What do you REALLY want from Apple?

I would like my antenna fixed as well as my proximity sensor. I would like to be able to use my iPHONE properly please.

Honestly, I'd be ok with a bumper. I don't think that is necessarily the best solution, but if that is all they offered I would probably use it. Or at least try it out.

I am getting a free bumper (it took about 2 1/2 weeks for it to ship and because it is coming from China it will take 6 days to get here), so what I would like is next year when the iPhone 5 comes out, everyone who currently has an iPhone can upgrade for the subsidized price, no matter when their contract is done. It would be like this year, but it would be for everyone and not just for people who can upgrade this year.
