I was hoping to get the white iphone 4 when it first came out but then had to opt for the black as it wasnt available... But now I fionally got my 4s in White which now matches my ipad 2 and white macbook!!! Im one happy girl! Lol

White rocks. All of my previous iPhones were black, so I wanted a change. The fact that white is also very striking does not hurt either.

Only thing I don't like about white is how easily dirt gets stuck on the very edge of the phone. Almost looks like the paint is chipping away.

I'm in the same boat as most of you. I've owned every iPhone to date and aside from the first generation, I've always had black. I decided to go with white this time around and I definitely love the change. Plus, I don't think I've polished it one time since I got it (tit-shined was a very accurate way of putting it). Fingerprints/smudges and scratches are unnoticeable. It looks pristine every time it comes out of my pocket. The black iPhone, on the other hand, will smudge up if you so much as look at it the wrong way. If the iPhone 5 is redesigned as the rumors have suggested, I'll be getting it in white as well.

I am a first time white iphone buyer having had a black 3G, 3GS and 4.

Love love the white. It's a nice change and it looks classy and elegant with the steel bands running around its sides. Love it and I may just stick to white for future releases too.

I always get black but I've had a black iPhone 4 for over a year and there will be a short release window between the iPhone 4s and iPhone 5 so I thought time for a change and bought the white, I'm glad i did, change is cool.
Both look great, I've got a Black iPad2 so if both are sitting next to each other in a cafe I don't look like a fan boy with matching i's, glad i went with white I also chose it because of Steve, he just passed away and something struck me about the white 4S, kind of reminds me of the first white iPods, that was a great time buying those upgrades every year, if you think the colour of Apple as a company white comes to mind, so Steve this white iPhone 4S 64GB I will proudly use is my ode to you, I wear it and I use it in memory 4STEVE, but come the iPhone 5 I'll go black.

I love the white..so sexual. I also bought a rainbow apple logo decal that's exactly the same size as the apple on the back of the phone and it looks even sexier now that i have that on the back.

I also had the black ip4 and I am in love with the white. Less finger prints(they drive me nuts, I wipe my phone of fingerprints about 100 times a day).

I just think it looks really sexy and sleek. Perfect.

My white iPhone 4s will be here tomorrow. Like a lot of people I felt like I got stuck with a black iPhone 4 because the white took a year to get out on the market. Normally I get black everything but when it comes to my apple stuff I choose white if they have it. The world is full of black cell phones.

I had the black iPhone 4 for 16 months....I absolutely love the white iPhone 4S....looks awesome! And I still use my iPhone 4 as a mini iPad lol. Best of both worlds!

I don't for sure. My first iPhone and I'm glad i bought the white version, unfortunately it will be covered in the next day or so with a case. Though one case is clear and the other is white so :)

I've had every single iPhone since the first one and they have all been black. Since there was no redesign this year, I decided that getting a white iPhone would give me that redesign feel. And I'm very happy with my decision. I feel as if the screen looks better and has a better look to it with the white border.
