Do you secretly wish there is no new iPhone?

How shallow and selfish would you have to be to wish there is no new iPhone coming? Even though I will not be buying one, I'm still going to appreciate any advance/progress in cellphone technology and quality.

I agree mgamber, this IS MacRumors, everyone in entitled to their own beliefs and speculations about what will happen, but often when someone makes a post, the first few comments are either negative, rude, or suggest the OP search before they post.

If I'm looking for help, I will search for it before asking, for fear of being insulted, reprimanded, grammar or spell cheeked, but if I heard a rumor, or just wanted to post a comment, I'd likely not search.

I'm far from an expert, but I don't get how a new thread on a similar topic could lead to spam?

I'm sure someone will find fault with my post. Usually I try to just stay on the front pages away from the members who comment on every thread.

It would be infinitely more fun to be here if members were polite to each other.

Well if people were nice to each other it wouldn't be macrumors, would it? There really needs to be a new level like "macrumor douchebag" for people who can't answer a question, any question, without being a needlessly insulting douchebag. Why, there's a couple in this thread and look how short it still is! Anyway, then you could put a filter on it to remove their garbage from the thread and hey, the site may actually be useful!

But seriously, you hit the nail on the head. I don't bother asking anything here, rarely read any follow-ups to what I do post and haven't taken this site seriously in a long time. The only thing worth really posting is crap like this to give the old timers an aneurysm because the fewer of them there are, the more useful the site becomes.
