do you think i would be able to end my iphone 3g contract due to them lying?

Well that really depends what kind of router your connected to, how many are connected and how much bandwidth is available on that access point and what not.

I'm not talking about the speed of my router. What I'm saying is that 3G isn't comparable to dialup. At least not on Rogers.

LOL How am I mad? I'm glad I purchased the iPhone 3G now rather than last summer.

And even if a new iPhone releases, it won't be worth it to me because they will have the same software. The only difference might be in the hardware and I highly doubt Apple will go back to the aluminum that decreased reception.

The only good thing we would be expecting is video recording on the new iPhone and Wireless N, and maybe a better camera. A matte black finish like we saw on the front page a few weeks before. Oh, how about improved battery life for those iPhones that can't even last the day. List of possibilities go on and on. So, who knows? Apple has a long way to go to prove that their phone can do better than the competition.

Really? Apple does not have a long ways to go to prove it's better than any other phone out there. Every phone has it's strengths and weaknesses, the iPhone is not an UberPhone.

With the release of every phone on the market, every company has to improve their current offerings, some will get features before others, some will take a bit of time. Either way we, as consumers, win!

why are people so against a new iphone.. or are so blind to see that a new one is comming.. what makes you wanna believe there is not going to be a new iphone?

i am willing to bet people money there will be a new iphone.

How do you know? There have only been 2 releases?! and one of those was the original!? How can you identify a pattern?!

Because the release cycle isn't every summer, and anyone who says it it is relying on baseless rumors. And it's Job's call if and when a new iPhone is released. No one doubts there will be a new iPhone, but nothing really indicates that it will be released this summer.
