I believe that Apple will release them all at the same time...

They always jab at android for "fragmentation" and lots of people own both iphone and iPad, and for their sake, updating all at once would help avoid confusion.

Strikes me as something Apple wouldn't do. It seems silly to have two iOS devices running totally different versions. Almost like they're not even on the same level. I'm hoping we do see iOS 7 for iPad at the same time as iPhone.
