I use the scratch resistant anti-glare screen protectors from Case Mate. They're around $9 for a 3-pack and work surprisingly well. I tried Zagg on my last phone--it was OK, but I found the screen protector to have a very sticky feel to it. Not as smooth as a normal screen protector.

I use optishieldz on everything because I am one of the people who have scratched the iPhone and know how much it costs to replace the screen! I just saw that they have a sale this week for 20% off their iPhone 4S Screen Protectors.

After ruining the screen of my 3GS because of scratches I now wouldn`t be without one, tried the ebay bargains but always ended up with bubbles and dust. Eventually bought `phonedevil` screen protectors, superb product don`t even know its on.

This is what I felt. My wife had a iPhone4 with ought screen protector for a full year in and out of her hand bag. No scratches

Lucky woman. I've always used screen protectors but decided to try it naked with my iPhone 4... picked up a couple of really bad scratches in no time. I've always considered myself careful. Only ever "store" my phone in my pocket with nothing else in there that could scratch and yet they just appeared. No idea where they came from.

Annoyingly, the HTC Android phone I use at work and treat like crap (seriously, I carry it in the same pocket as my coins/keys) is barely marked.

I use the ones from SGP ... It's like nothing is on there and I find they stick much "harder" to the glass and dont lift as easy/accidentally as powersupport.

This is what I use too. The latest box I bought comes with front/back covers and even a home button protector which works great.

With so many iterations of the iphone you'd think this would not be a topic.

Yes, cover the glass. Yes, it does scratch. Yes, you will regret going naked.

I like the SGP ultra fine. I just ordered the newest anti-fingerprint "UltraOptics" I expect this to prove to be the best AF product available.
