I can't imagine life without Dashboard;

VAT Calculator, ebay watcher, Transmit, Gmail notifier, Screenshot Plus, Sing That Tune, and most of the Apple supplied ones (AAPL + 2.12 :D)

i think dashboard will be even more useful in leopard because you can actually have the widgets open on your desktop as well.

I don't know how I went without it. I'm not just saying it. Like tabbed browsing, its improved my internet proficiency tenfold. :)

I use it mostly for stuff I would look up online multiple times a day otherwise.

- NY Times headline news feed.
- Dictionary
- Stock prices.
- Weather

I only ever use it for the calculator. It's a bit too 'gimmicky' for me. But then I feel the same way about Expose.

I use it all the time for weather and stickies mostly. Since I have a PB that all most never gets shutdown Dashboard is always running. I find that I don't even notice the extra RAM loss because OS X uses RAM so efficiently (that and I have 1.25GB).

macman2790, you can put widgets on the desktop by dragging them out of the widget selection bar and then hitting F12 and drop it on the desktop. Although, it goes back to dashboard as soon as you hit F12 again. I always thought Konfab was useless because I didn't want to see the widgets on my desktop. I love Dashboard.

I use dashboard for weather mostly. Although, once the "toy" value of the feature wore off, I found myself using it less.

I use it at least 50 times a day. Its really handy to check the weather or the time or run a quick calculation. Plus there are so many small stupid widgets which are great for a quick laugh.

I use:
Weather,
World Clock,
Calculator,
Calendar,
Clockish (gives the relative time and date),
Hula Girl,
"This day in History" (gives different events that happened on a certain day)
Chuck Norris Random Fact Generator :)D need I say more? :D)
