Can anyone with a kill-a-watt-like device please meassure how big the MBP's power consumption is when in sleepmode and connected to a power plug.
I just like to know if its worth to unplug it after use because its standby energy wasteing.
 
The idea is to calibrate it once or twice a month, which involves letting it run down to 0% into sleep mode, then charging up to 100%.

You should let the battery get some use, though.

Yes that's the way to go. I do it with my 2 years old MBP and the battery still has 2.5 hours charge.
