All day, just like my regular watches. I'll wear it to bed, too, just like my watches that have lots of "lume" (luminous material) on the hands so I can see the time in the morning before I put on my glasses.

I put my AW on the charger late at night, usually after I've rinsed it in the shower, while we're having dessert. After an hour or so, it's fully charged—or at least 90%, which is good enough to last until the following evening.

All day - I'm of an age where I've worn a watch all my life and the thought of not having one on my wrist during waking hours feels wrong. Hands free cooking timers are probably the most used in the house although I've taken the odd call where I've been in the middle of something (head in the bottom of the airing cupboard) and my phone, Mac and iPad are elsewhere...

Like others - I wear it from the moment I get out of the shower in the morning until the moment I turn out the lights (using the Hue app on the Watch) when I go to sleep.

The only other times it comes off is after I workout. I take it off and rinse it under warm water and dry it with a paper towel... then let it air dry while I take a shower.

I usually put mine on in the morning before I step out the door for work and take it off a bit after arriving home (which usually translates to about 12 hours a day).

For whatever reason, it feels weird for me to wear a $700 device on my arm while cooking / doing laundry / getting ready for bed in the evenings.

I wear mine all day...usually from about 7:00 am to 11:00 pm... sometimes longer. I have no comfort issues but I do alternate between several bands depending on my activity or what I'm wearing. I may also wear the watch a little loose when I'm not on the bicycle (I snug it up for cycling so it can read my heart rate without sliding down to the base of my hand).

If I'm doing something that I think might be a risk to the watch, and I don't need the watch on at that point, I will take it off (swimming with the kids, showering, etc.)

I will admit that sometimes I put the watch on when I get out of bed on the weekends, even if I'm just drinking coffee in my robe and reading. Mostly I'm just so used to having the watch on that it feels weird to not be able to glance at my wrist for information. And of course I wouldn't want to miss getting activity ring credit for those steps to and from the coffee maker!

I keep it on from rise to bed, take it off only for showers etc. Not having to reach for my phone to check notifications is just as nice at home as when I'm out and about. Really looking forward to the direct wifi connectivity coming with watchOS 2 so that I don't need to worry about how far I get from my phone.

No comfort issues here, I find the sport + sport band is light enough.

I wear my watch all day until I turn in for the night. Once I get ready to go to bed, off it goes.

Put it on fist thing in the morning after a shower. Take it off to bathe my son in the evening. Back on until bed around 1130 or 12.

I'm surprised to see that so many take their watch off in the shower. I shower with mine everyday. It's a good opportunity to the clean the link bracelet.

I wake up, apple watch goes on... And then as I get into bed watch comes off... I have on all the time I am awake.

I used to wear my watch all day until right before bed. The past two days, I have taken it off after dinner since my phone is always sitting right next to me anyway. However I put on my watch as soon as I wake up before I walk my dog in the morning

I wear mine all day from the time I wake up until I go to bed. Even if I'm home all day and doing nothing.
