Dock Download folder bugged

Hi everyone,

it happened yesterday that the Download folder I have in the dock won't let me sort by Created date. When I choose it it just stays with the previous mode I chose (Name, Modified, etc...).

I've tried everything I could to no avail.

Does anyone have any idea on what to do about it?
