Problem is you phoned and thought the service was crap. Last time I phoned Adobe they were remarkably helpful. I phoned Fedex today though and spoke to somebody in the US who kept wanting to answer questions I hadn't asked.
Poor customer service, happens to us all. You just got frustrated. If they relocated the call centre there's every chance that you'd still get terrible service. Or perhaps not
Lesson - learn to relax, or you'll look like you're overreacting to a bit of frustration.
