The mild heat treating to remove solvents in the cannabis oil process isn't enough to convert Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid into Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol. The heat required to decarboxylate damages flavoniods and terpenoids beyond what is useful for further heat application (overheated cannabis oil tastes poor and the effects are decreased when smoked or vaporized) but makes it easier to synthesize through oral administration.
I go through periods of sleeping well / sleeping badly. I can't really find an explanation, other than if I work out regularly and eat better I tend to have longer periods of better sleep. Good food + exercise isn't unheard of to have good results.
