wow, there are some really blind apple followers in here that think everything apple makes is automatically the greatest. how can you think that apple's remote is better when it performs a fraction of the fuctions of other remotes? it's not like they actually duplicated the functionality of those other remotes, using only six buttons. their remote performs very, very basic tasks, while the remotes they try to compare it to can do much, much more. that's why it's a really stupid comparison for them to make.

But there are a lot of unnecessary buttons on 3rd-party remotes, dont u find? They look just like huge TV remotes!
