Ahhh got ya. I have an issue where if I delete a message on my iPad it remains on my phone but if I delete it on my phone it is removed from the iPad. My issue is more of a IOS 16.0.1 vs iPad OS 15.7. I was just checking to see if your issue was the same.

14PM (me) and 14P (wife) - no issues with either. I thought the 13PM was a really polished piece of hardware (it should have been - Apple had put that basic design through four generations). The 14PM feels as polished from a hardware perspective. I'm still trying to learn how to make good use of software features such as the DI and Apple probably has work to do there, too.

I've had some phones that were trainwrecks out of the box. The 11 Pro comes to mind...but that was software/operating system issues, not hardware.

Anyone experiencing low battery performance?
Sort of. On a Pro Max it’s not as significant but on my daughter’s 14 Pro it’s a little more noticeable. However, all of our older models are draining faster on iOS 16.

Love my new 14 Pro - in purple of course :)
Massive improvement over my XS (which was still a good phone). Syncs better with my car, and loads music much more smoothly using the iPod integration (it’s a 2009 BMW and I’ve had issues with iOS 15 regarding loading songs and album art correctly).

The 512 GB for all of my music (Apple Music lossless) has been quite lovely too.

No problems with my 14 ProMax in areas that folks report problems, loving the jump from my 13 ProMax, Cameras are what I hoped, getting better 5G signal with this more efficient SD 65 modem, and very responsive and good phone experience. I was on some sight here cannot find a moment with question about experiences and it looked that 80 percent were fine, another 10 percent were minor issue, and around 5 percent with major issues. Seems typical sample poll percentage of Macrumors folks in any iphone year to me. Not a major issue but of course for those who get one of those problem phones I realize it is a major issue

I had to return my 14 Pro Max on saturday because it was stuck in an endless reboot cycle after crashing on me. Was pretty annoyed since the Apple Store didn't have refurbed phones, so I had to return it, get another brand new phone, put it back on my Apple Card. Was a 2hr disaster.
You preferred a refurbished phone over a brand new replacement?

One issue.

I noticed that I had an update on iPhone 14 Pro Max, it was confusing because it said update iOS to 16.0. I thought I was already on 16.0, so ignored it and signed in anyway.

As soon as I signed in with my Apple ID, I could not access my purchases, unlock my Macbook Pro 14 with my Apple Watch, and it would not finish updating iCloud. I updated the phone to 16.0.1, signed out and signed back in my other devices. Everything worked after that.

14PM 256GB Deep Purple checking in - absolute perfection here, not had a single issue bar it taking a day before iMessage activated on my number.

I agree. My 14 Pro is draining fast but my previous phone (11 Pro) was really bad after updating to iOS 16.

I’ve had none of the reported issues (camera and GPS) with my 14 PM, but I did have some software issues that were addressed in iOS 16.1 beta 2.

Maybe my battery is draining a little faster then my 13 PM, but hoping that settles down.

I'm sure the vast majority of people have no issues. People generally only post on forums etc when they have a problem - you don't create a post if nothing is wrong. So whenever anything launches (apple or otherwise) it looks worse than it is.

Zero issues, flawless launch day iPhone 14 Pro in Space Black here.

All good with my 14 PM.

Nice upgrade from my 12 PM.

Feels quicker, screen is a noticeable improvement, camera seems a bit better, a touch heavier but not really noticeable after using it for a few days (only really notice if I hold both at the same time).

Screen brightness outdoors in sunshine is a big improvement. Hitting golf balls at the range and using the on site Trackman range was difficult to read the screen on my 12 PM but 14 PM fixes that as it gets noticeably brighter in full sunlight.

Dynamic Island is what it is but nothing spectacular for me and how I use my phone.

Turned off AOD as I don’t see the need for my use case.

Battery is better than my 12 PM.

All in all, I’m very happy with the upgrade to a 256gb in Space Black.
