Only "remorse" I have is over how long the wait time is. For phones that didn’t seem to make a huge splash this year a 4 week delivery seems a little much.
The only other choice was to check daily at my one local Apple Store to see if "maybe" they had them that particular day. Don’t have time for those kinds of games. Life has other timeframes and schedules.

The only regret I had was getting the pro max. I ended up exchanging it for the 11. Feel much better now.

Right I get it I chose to get ripped off but still Apple should have given us more features for that money

that being said anyone coming from an iPhone seven or below this iPhone is major
2020 iPhone will give you more for your buck, so wait till then.
honestly I didn’t expect It to be so great but then when I started using it I fell in love with how smooth everything was and fast. Hard too explain but when you use it, it felt like a real upgrade. But after a few days it feels stale.
I get that way with other new things I buy. You're just bored with life. Go out, make some friends, have fun, use the new 3-lens camera, it'll change your perspective on your new phone.

I’ve gone from a 6s to an 11, and I’m absolutely blown away by it. The camera, the screen, the speed and, omg, the camera. Mind you, it’ll be my phone for the next 3-4 yrs. Ordered my first Apple Watch too. V excited.

I got the midnight green iPhone 11 Pro and at first I loved it!

It's faster from the iPhone X, which is nice.

But now that it's been a few days I'm starting to have buyer's remorse.

It's just not all that different than my iPhone X

Feel Like there should have been more features

not me, coming from the iPhone 6.

It all depends on the phone you're upgrading from. I know people upgrading from the XS will say they don't have buyer's remorse, but unless they are avid photographers that need the night mode and/or really need the extra battery, it's a very minor update. If you're coming from an 7 or below or are plenty rich enough to afford to upgrade every year, then it's also worth an upgrade in my opinion, but if you got an XS Max I absolutely don't think it's worth the upgrade unless the above conditions are important to you. You're better off waiting for next year. If the rumours of no notch and redesign are true, then it will be a big upgrade.

I did, I had the XS Max and switched over to One Plus 7 Pro and then to the Note 10 Plus. I love my Note but I missed the ease of talking to my friends and co workers with imessage so I decided to pick up an 11 Pro Plus and used it for 2 days and had to put it down and go back to my Note 10. First thing I was disappointed in the brightness of the iPhone 11 I thought it would be brighter with the XDR display but putting it side by side with my Note, the Note was significantly brighter. The other thing that bugged me was the Youtube PIP, I use youtube all day long and with the Note I can open another app and still view the video. Of course these are all limits I knew the iPhone had before purchasing it but I thought I would be able to overlook them but unfortunately was not. I was extremely impressed with the camera on the iPhone especially with Night Mode and being able to take the phone out and just take a picture and the iPhone would know when to apply night mode, with the note you have to scroll to the night mode setting then take the shot. I will be hopefully waiting for nexts years iPhone and hopefully iOS 14 would be redesigned a tad (Come on Apple there is still not a way for users to put apps where they want them).

Jesus Christ another one of these. You didn’t get ripped off. Apple clearly states what the phone is. They didn’t sell you something they said was more. It is in NO WAY APPLES FAULT that you didn’t take the time to learn about the phone before buying it. Quit making ridiculous accusations and return the phone if you don’t like it. It’s THAT simple.

Someone got their feelings hurt

It's a phone that has seen small improvements every year since 2007. I am not sure why people keep expecting huge revolutionary features each year, when that has never occurred. What were you expecting after reviewing the specifics about the phone? I know for me, I was upgrading from the XS Max to the 11 Pro for the smaller size, better screen, better battery life, and camera improvements. If you feel the value isn't there, return it, just like you would with any product.

Similar to this, my only “remorse” was the pre-order process that I subjected myself to by going through Verizon. The hoops from beginning to end were absolutely unnecessary and nearly sucked all the joy out of pre-ordering.

Otherwise, I knew what I wanted and my payment for the 11 Pro Max wouldn’t have changed vs the XS Max if I didn’t choose to put money down this time around. I gained better battery life, an awesome camera, a better display, and an even more beautiful phone last year’s price. I’m pleased.

The only way I won't have buyer's remorse buying a new iPhone is if my old one no longer functions at all. Replacing a perfectly good iPhone just because it's a tiny bit slow or the camera is no longer the best is an excellent way to get buyer's remorse.

I hate to be so wishy washy but while I do wish the iPhone 11 pro, had more features, I decided not to give it away and keep my X

The reason being, is that it works really good. I feel like the iPhone 11 pro is like a fully loaded iPhone X lol.

instead of seeing it as an upgrade, I see it as more of an enhancement.

they just improved the iPhone x and yes it is much better if you see it that way.

but if you see it as new phone, nah not at all. It’s basically the same as the X.But an improvement of the X.

almost like an “S” year iPhone just better

that being said it should not cost a fresh stack to buy but I mean...Apple.

Question, I bought my iPhone 11 at the apple store on September 21. Had the white one but exchanged it for the green. After a few days I realized I much prefer the white one. Can I return and exchange it again? Am I still within 14 days Or is tomorrow October 5th considered the 15th day?

I upgraded from XS and glad I did. The 11 Pro overall experience is much improved over my previous XS. I wish people would stop saying Apple ripped them off. They did not. All the information was there for you to make an informed decision before purchase. your still within the 14 day return period. Take it back.

this, the battery life on the Xs was so bad. I was on 86% capacity after just one year. I also remind people the size of the battery in the Xs is actually smaller than the one in the X, that doesnt make me feel comfortable holding onto it for the long term.

11 Pro has amazing all day battery life with moderate / heavy use, something that you couldn’t do with your Xs and this alone for me is worth it, along with the night photography which I’ve always wanted to do. I don’t have buyers remorse at all.

Yup, I agree 100%. I “upgraded” from my trusted and beloved iPhone X. Got the Pro Max. Feels exactly the same except the screen is bigger. Face ID is still same old s***. In fact, I hate it.

Overall, wasn’t worth it at all.

But the absolute worst thing about the new iPhones is iOS 13 that they are running. It’s the worst and the buggiest software I’ve ever used. It’s a complete disaster. I don’t know what they were thinking.

tvOS 13 has ruined my HomePod.

Catalina has wreaked havoc in my iCloud Drive. And I don’t see it being fixed in the final release either. After all, beta bugs were never fixed in the final iOS 13, not even 13.1.1. Why would Catalina be any different. What a dumpster fire.

All in all, 2019 has been the worst year for Apple’s software. I bet a lot of people would agree with this sentiment.
iOS 13 is a step back in many respects IMO.

I got the 11 Pro Max the weekend after launch and felt buyer remorse from the moment I placed the order. The fact that I still have not opened it a week and a half later indicates that it is not something I wanted. I still have my launch day X as my daily driver.

Even though my battery is tanked, the 11 series does not pack enough for me to justify upgrading. Fortunately I have a max boost battery case for my X and also fortunate that I shut my phone off for most of the day while I am at work. I am going to return the 11 Pro Max for a refund and wait until 2020 and whatever that brings.

About the phone, iPhone 11 Pro Max? None.

About iOS 13? Totally, especially over the ongoing wreck they've made of Mail. I keep considering buying another phone that's on 12.4.1 until they fix 13 - that's how bad 13 is from my point of view.
