Does anyone know where the lockscreen and Face ID setting is?

Ever since beta two, the settings for FaceID and Passcode are missing from the main settings app on iOS 17 on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Is anyone else having that issue?

Even a search for it doesn't display the option.

Looks like Allow Passcode Changes is set to Don’t Alllow
