I hate that more thananything on my two iOS devices iPad and iPhone. I wish I had the option to instead use it for more apps like android since I have never and wil never use that damn search feature what a waste!!

...and breathe.

While I don't use it very often, I'm glad it's there. Plus, it's not as if it gets it the way at all!

Sometimes my iOS devices have so many apps installed that I forget where certain ones are placed. The Spotlight search is very useful under those circumstances. It's also very useful on the iPhone when I'm looking for a text message from a while back.

Just like Spotlight on OS X, it's a useful feature when you need it.

I don't have one. I JAILBROKE and removed it because I never use it. That thing used to aggravate me when an accidental left swipe on first springboard page took me too far over. Got tired of rolling my eyes at it; so now it's gone. (As is my lockscreen)!:D

I use it and it's actually quite helping. :)

I minimized my home screen putting apps into folders so I just type into spotlight what I want and bam click and opens. I love it and use it to open nearly any app not directly on my dock or home screen. It's faster than flicking through pages or finding where u stuck an app.

Use it as much on my mbp too
