Does apple ship thru UPS or Fedex

I must stand corrected then. I've only talked to around 7-8 people across the US, and they all said that FedEx delivered their Apple hardware, so shame on me for assuming it was true for the aggregate

My experience has been Apple has shipped all my stuff via FedEx Ground.

FedEx Ground then drop-kicks it to my front door...thankfully, the packaging is good, and the equipment inside still works fine.

If you didn't notice you're replying to a 3 year thread, so back then Apple didn't really ship UPS States-side.

iPhone 7 Plus was shipped UPS, and I just ordered some cables that are being shipped by UPS. Last MacBook Pro that I ordered online (2013) was shipped Fedex, tho.
