So my friend got a app that allows you to get paid apps for free and somehow some of his apps cause some crashes, slow app downloading, and freezing. Some of his games lag but if you download paid apps for free will it cause this problem?is there a way to reduce lag, reduce freezing, and speed up app downloading?his ipad has 8.6GB.The apps that he used was vshare and this app called itools.

Maybe it is slow because the "developer" is uploading all of your "friend's" data ;)

Ask your parents for an iTunes gift card for your birthday.

If it says VPN on there and wasn't done deliberately, something is going on. You have to set up the VPN service yourself with a connection address and username and password. Unless of course you do have malware, someone may have set that up for you.

If you are connected through a VPN you didn't setup, someone is monitoring all of your traffic for sure.
