I'm keeping my TomTom.

It's reliable,does the job well,maps are updated regularly via Map share and it cost just under £50 so I'm not just gonna stop using it because of Apple Maps.

I have IOS6 GM installed and I'll give it a try one day when needed but if it doesn't impress then i wont use it again.
 
The downside of google/apple turn by turn is that it requires a data connection for map data. So if you're driving in remote areas, I'd suggest keeping a preloaded nav app handy.
