iPhone 11 Does iPhone 11 have EIS in 4k 60?

As far as I'm aware it has OIS for stills and videos including 4k60 on the main camera but not the wide lens, it has EIS only.
 
The regular 11 has "Cinematic Stabilization" in 4K60 no idea if that's EIS or OIS. All I know is, I don't use my gimbal as much. It just works.
