Does Notes have folders and/or tags?

Are they going to remove the paper texture background? On another thread i asked if its gone and the reply was yes.. but the screenshots i just saw above seem to still have the paper texture...

It's still there as of this first beta. It looks like it was present in the keynote as well so I don't think it's going anywhere.
