General Does TETHERME work w/ iOS 7 JB?

not working for me on 5s. was able to install it but nothing appearing on my settings. not sure if it's not working on 5s or i have to do something else. thanks.

This is what I was waiting for.

However, after just jailbraking my iPhone 4S with iOS 7.0.4 and trying to get TetherMe I was very disappointed to see an "Unable to purchase" message on the TetherMe page in Cydia. It further says there: "This product is not supported on your iOS version."

Is there any way that I can get TetherMe onto my iPhone?

Change your firmware version to get it.

Find it through another repo?
 
This is really incredible. I can now finally use my iPhone as a hotspot for my iPad.

I was about to buy an iPad Air with the free T-Mobile 200 MB data plan but now I have to think very hard and decide whether I really need this.

I don't know what went wrong but TetherMe has disappeared from Settings. Reinstalling from the Cydia store does not help - there is no TetherMe in Settings.

What might have happened here and how can I get TetherMe back?

If you reboot or power down you will lose the tweak. To get it back you must quit the settings app and reinstall mobile substrate.

TetherMe works great and doesn't stop working on its own.
 
TetherMe is working on my iPhone 5 but it wont allow me to edit the Personal Hotspot APN. I have T-Mobile, but I am not allowed to use it because the APN is set to pcweb.tmobile.com. I think Apple blocked the editing of APNs:(
 
I have unlimited data with VZW on my iphone 5...I'm thinking I should hold off on the new JB until tether me is fully supported...any comments? I use it for my Ipad2 and my family uses it while we travel & vacation to save there own 2GB plans from going over.

If you're in no rush to be on iOS 7, just wait until it gets updated and fully supported
 
I'm eyeing this and others in the JB forums before I take the plunge to take advantage of my unlimited verizon data on my iPhone 4. Just don't wanna mess my phone up in any way considering my iPhone and ipad are my only devices and no longer own a Mac.

Okay, definitely working fine on iPhone 5. The only thing is on first page here you see Tetherme down on the page so you have to scroll down below "Game Center" to find me.

But it's there!

I JB'd my phone yesterday. I installed tetherme this am.

It worked as advertised for about 30-45mins. I was using it for my ipad.

Then I lost signal and it quit working.?? I uninstalled it and re-installed it both with cellular & wifi signals. It NO LONGER shows up on my phone?

Im thinking of trying MyWi but it costs $20 but its still cheaper than paying Verizon. Could Verizon have some type of detection for this?

I'm really bummed...I knew I should have waited longer before I JB

Did you try the keep broadcasting option?
 
Ok, I got it working now!

Found some instructions on another website thought Id share them here.

It seems to have issues if you power down or respring.

I had to re-install mobile substrate several times. I also had to re-install tetherme. I added the app-"bootstrap", its supposed to make everything talk? Well its working now.

I think once Saurik gets mobilesubstrate upgraded it will work fine.

My zeppelin app works now too!
