General Does TETHERME work w/ iOS 7 JB?

iFile disappeared after editing plist
I did this (changed to iOS 6.1) and was able to install TetherMe on i5 w/ 7.0.4. However, when I tried to go back to iFile to change my iOS version back from 6.1 to 7.0.4, I can't find the iFile app (I tried search). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and still can't find it. Now, I don't know how to get the plist back to iOS 7.0.4.
(an interesting aside is that when I had first installed the iFile app (before editing the plist), it couldn't be found in search, and I scrolled through all my apps, then opened search again and deleted the last few letters of "iFile" so it was "iFi" and then the iFile app popped up and I was able to use it).

Works for me since I purchased it, I was able to install it. Works great I'm using it right now. 🙂

TetherMe disappeared
Update: TetherMe worked for about an hour, then I restarted the iPhone and it disappeared. I have since tried reinstalling the mobile substrate, preference loader, tetherme, and installed bootstrap, but I can't get TetherMe back.
iFile is now available, and I tried switching back to iOS 7.0.4 and installing (as above), and to 6.1 and installing, but it still didn't work.
Any suggestions how I can get TetherMe working again?

I checked with ifile and can't find TetherMe. I went to the root directory and opened Applications. Is that the correct place to look?
I checked the list of apps in exclude apps in iCleaner and did not see TetherMe listed.
UPDATE:
I got it working: I removed everything I'd installed: TetherMe, Mobile Substrate, PreferenceLoader. Then, I reinstalled only TetherMe with my iOS version spoofed to 6.1 (using iFile to edit the plist), and now I have TetherMe and am using it right now.
