This key note had to be one of the most anticipated in Apple's history. Did it hurt Tim Cook to present an IPhone 4S instead of the IPhone 5? Business is all about first impressions... wondering how much it will effect his image as the new CEO.

Nope. It's a great product. I'm glad this form factor gets another round. The teardrop looks terrible.

When the 4s undoubtedly outsells the 4 his imagine won't seem so bad. It's not like he designed the thing anyway, he's CEO now.

All I know is I'm buying the 4S. Which means it didn't hurt his image. ;)

I doubt it. Apple has done a speed bump on just about every product they've every made. They delivered a product with lots of upgrades and are launching a new OS, iCloud, etc. Business as usual and Apple will continue to make tons of money.
