Can someone help me to figure out what this is. I am using macbook pro and the other day i saw a blinking box for 2 minutes and got a screenshot. it looks like a distorted picture. is it related to a known virus?

Also gamed process is trying to connect to internet every other minute. Is this something normal?

I am using OS El Capitan 10.11.4 and little snitch

    Thanks

Run ClamXav and Malwarebytes for Mac, it just looks like a distortion though

Viruses! Why does it always have to be viruses? Why not ghosts or aliens in the machine?

This looks like a poorly-rendered popup to me. Maybe some code got mangled on its way from server to browser.
