Yes, yes and yes.

Recording 4K video is using a lot of processor power plus the camera sensor and the screen lighting which all create heat.

Charging the battery can get it a "little warm".

The LED back lighting also creates heat, the more brightness to warmer. If you ever over heat your iPhone by playing very CPU intensive games at high brightness, you iPhone might even dim the screen to cool off. It can even slow the CPU.

Warm is good, hot is not.
