Mine is really snappy and fast. Did you do a full restore? If not you should try that.

Actually no,last tine when I installed ios 6 was with check+update cause my udid is registered,maybe that's why it was so slow.Thx a lot.

Just installed it on my iPhone 4 and its super fast. No problems so far. Love the new Music.app and redesigned stores.

I got the gold master and it haven't upgraded to any of them and it worked.

I won't link to it though, but the instructions are flawless.

Except the GM isn't a beta and will in all likelihood be the version released to the public.

Shift+restore it guys. You don't need to register your UDID. Although you do have to use DFU mode

I didn't have to use DFU mode. Alt + restore in iTunes.
