yes if you have jailbreak

there is a way to downgrade from ios 6 to ios 5.1.1. but in order to do it you have had to have jailbroken your ipod/ iphone/ ipad when you had ios 5.1.1. if you did then jailbreak, go into cydia and download iSH**** and choose the ios 5.1.1, hit save copy or by email or whatever, then email it to yourself. after that go to

As long as you have an OS 5.x backup on iTunes

i downgraded to i just read that it doesnt work? i downgraded then when i went to my backup that i just saved befor i downgraded it says that the back up cant b used because my ipod is to old for that backup? so when i turned on my ipod it starts from the begining saying set up as new ipod or restore from icloud or itunes cloud said there isnt any like i just read dam somebody help:mad:

I just had the same issue but found what I think will help you. I remember that before I upgraded to OS 6, the instructions said to make sure to make a backup before proceeding. I did this on iTunes (iCloud saves space, but is not as smooth as using a local computer) and then upgraded to OS 6.x.

When I realized that OS 6 had too many jailbreak related problems, I went through all of the hoops to get back to OS 5.1.1. Once you have a downgraded, jailbroken iPhone, connect it to iTunes, wait for it to connect and then press "restore" while holding down the "option" key. This will bring up a list of restore points on your iPhone. Simply select one of your restore points that was from a date that you know you were running OS 5.x and your phone should then restore with all of your data and settings from that date! You wont get the most recent stuff but most of it.
