Wow, Camera+ is now number 3 in the App Store. Lol. The other day (2 days ago), it would in the 30's, I believe.

They bragged on their blog of toping $500,000 in sales over two months. I've been waiting for the volume snap so I will never update unless Taptaptap confirms that the secret unlock will still work with the following updates.

On that note, do apps have an install limit on the number of devices you can put them on? I never thought to ask this before.

Wow thanks!! I'm downloading the extension, had Camera+ and redownloaded (thought it was in the app)

Why did you say nevermind? Just did it 5 seconds ago and it works

Works fine for me. Disables volume graphic as long as Camera+ is in multitask tray, reappears once it is closed and removed from tray. Fine with me!

I have added bookmarks in Safari in case I forget them.

You're right. After killing the app in multitask bar volume graphic came back. OK I'm happy now.

No problem with volume display/function here either.

There is however a bug where if you're in the lightbox and click done, then click on the camera, it will automatically snap a photo. Easiest way around this is to switch from lightbox bak to camera with the camera icon on the bottom of the menu.

For those encountering bugs--disable Volume Snap again through the Safari link, close out Camera+ in multitasking, then enable it again. I had issues the first time I enabled it, but after turning it off and back on, all glitches have been gone. Volume control works fine outside the program/in other apps/on the home screen, and works to control the shutter when Camera+ is in active use.

camplus://enablevolumesnap isnt working for me in safari
Edit: I didn't realize you had to actually download the app before visiting the website. LOL

Ip4 iOS 4.0.2

tried the button hack. Works but there is a bug?

Volume buttons work as they should except in the iPod (uses general volume level rather than what you set in the iPod).

Double click on the home button from the lock screen doesn't bring up the iPod controls.

If you remove the app from the multi tasking tray it goes back to normal.

Ran the disable script but the bug remains.

Now I never noticed this before I ran the button script.

Could be an issue in 4.0.2. Once you disable the hack, all issues with the volume control buttons should also go away--did this several times yesterday, as I had problems when I first tried to enable VolumeSnap in Camera+. I just tested it again on a non JB IP4 running 4.0, and can't replicate your issue.

No issues with the volume buttons here, but man is this app slow. 30+ seconds to see a preview? What am I missing?

Wow really? It opens pretty much instantly for me!

Are you jb? I went back to stock!!

I did this hack yesterday and ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. I'm on 4.0.1 and running the disable script did not restore the original settings. I was still able to snap using the volume buttons afterwards. Reason for reinstalling the app was due to the fact that I couldn't stand the bug where it takes a pic by itself and I don't like workarounds....and yes I did experience it taking forever to load a pic as well. I think the hack causes stability issues.
