N newfoundglory macrumors 6502 Original poster Nov 19, 2007 #1 I want to remove xcode and dev tools from mac os x 10.5, which were left over from a 10.4 Tiger upgrade. It doesnt run because its an old version.... can i just stick the "developer" folder in the trash and empty it?

gr8tfly macrumors 603 Nov 19, 2007 #2 That would take care of the bulk of it. But, you can update/upgrade it from the Leopard install DVD. Look in the "Optional Installs" folder for XCode and Dashcode installs.
