Probably one of the features I am most excited about is the ability to sleep your machine for up to a month and have it instantly come out of sleep and spring to live with ample power. I sleep my MacBook Airs sometimes and it's great to still have good battery power after they have been asleep a few days.

Being realistic:

2.3GHz 2720qm Sandy Bridge Quad-Core processor
8GB RAM standard (most allowed by Sandy Bridge mobile)
Dual 512GB Sandforce Blade SSD RAID-0
Instant-On up 30 days, 12-hour battery life
1GB nVidia discrete GPU
15" 1680x1050 IPS display
Thinness of MacBook Air
Built-in 3G and 4G internet connectivity on-board
Mac OS X Lion

That would make a pretty sweet MacBook Pro, and yes, the technology is currently possible.
i'd say 1gb nvidia 320m shared gpu, to keep it cool :)

I want a hologram screen, carbon fiber chassis (colored please, not the weaver'd *****), proximity sensor so it automatically opens up and powers on when I get near it and a damn beer opener/holder.

Beer opener/holder? Think big - I want a built-in micro-brewey.
