First off, know I have two lines. A Verizon and an ATT line. Currently I have my iPhone 4 on AT&T and a suspended dumb phone on VZW. I have an upgrade eligible on VZW, and there is no way I am buying a spec bump phone when I already have the ip4, so I think I am going to go with the Prime.

Anyone else debating the prime against the 4s? I never thought I would be saying this....

I will still have an iPhone so maybe I won't feel so bad....

Anyone?

If I could afford to have two smartphones, I would have an iPhone and an Android phone, but it definitely would not be the DROID Prime. The only Android phone I'd consider is a Nexus, because they don't have any carrier crap installed on them.

Unless by DROID Prime you mean Nexus Prime (I'm not sure if they're the same). In which case, I would get it if it was just a vanilla install of Android.

There's no such thing as a 'Droid Prime'. If anything the OP is talking about the rumored 'Nexus Prime' or the 'Galaxy Nexus'.

Don't let the door hit ya in the butt on your way out.....;)

just add this to the never ending list of plastic driod phones

:apple:

Ah, so plastic is bad? I mean, because having a phone made out of glass is probably more sturdy than one made of plas--OH WAIT.

But go ahead and blindly throw around the opinion that plastic is bad for phones.

android phones are fun cuz the one u buy is always outdated in a month, then the fun repeats!

I feel like the opposite. They all seem the same to me anymore. Except for the continuing competition between manufacturers to see how awful they can make the UI.

The Droid Prime is actually the Nexus Prime. The OP apparently just doesnt know that....LOL

Yeah, if it's the Nexus Prime, then it would probably be pretty good. I considered getting a Nexus S before realizing I don't have any money

I did not say it was bad. They just don't feel right. Go to best buy or att or where ever hold every droid phone against the iPhone. They feel like a toy in all honesty. Just my opinion.

Congrats man. Would you like a reward? I don't see the point in announcing this. Do you feel like a 'rebel' now?

I'm sorry but people picking the most diminutive reasons to get other phones and 'announcing it' annoys me. It's ok to try new things without letting the world know because you want some sense of 'acceptance'. Just do it.

Pretty sure when you had a plastic iPhone, you thought it was the the greatest thing since sliced bread....LOL. You guys are funny :p

yes, but the old phones were narrow and thick, did not feel like these big wide thin flimsy droids.
