Beautiful how? Looks cheap and outdated. ...by decades.

"Most popular iOS ever designed"

Show your work.

In case you haven't been paying attention, there's an unprecedented amount of controversy over the amount of people incredibly unhappy about getting stuck with the awful aesthetics of this OS.

Nope. But thanks for playing.

I personally don't hate iOS 7 at all. In fact like it a lot more than 6. I just don't think every developer has to drink the white Koolaid to make their apps tie into the look.

This. I love iOS 7, but dislike all the white apps. Well, it wouldn't annoy me if it wasn't everywhere.

My NuVo player app (needs proper HW) updated to iOS7, but retained it's color scheme and I like the results!

LOL. You show your work first. iOS 7 just propelled Apple to a Q4 sales record and surpassed iOS 6 in terms of speed of adoption. Q1 sales will also be a record. As for the whiners, these are the people who are still waiting for Apple to put a floppy drive in the iMac. They have been around forever. Enjoy the awful aesthetics, they aren't going anywhere!

Ive has designed the most popular iOS ever created, what have you designed?

Umm, you might want to check your definition of the word "popular"

Hahahaha

When you take business 101 come back and try to post on how iOS7 has driven Apple's sale successes.

Any other app that will help us with this renaming conundrum?

Well, as soon as I said that. It seems you can no longer rename in Boxie. I'm going to contact vote Dev and see.

Whoa, big man on campus. I'm you're huckleberry, let's play the business game.

This is up to the developers really, iOS 8 has nothing to do with it. It would be trivial to implement a 'night mode' theme :)

That's not the only problem. There is no notion of sections in iOS 7's theme (as an above poster said), and Apple's stock icons do not even go together, not that they look good by themselves either.

I opened Bloons Tower Defense 4 for the first time in a while. Suddenly, bright, bouncing bubbles all over my screen... GAME CENTER. I almost barfed all over my iPhone.

Now the anonymous forum critic knows more about Apple's business model than the most profitable tech company (by far) on the planet? It's really quite simple. If iOS 7 was a failure, it would have shown affected sales.

I got to admit, I'm really starting to enjoy the iOS 7 hate. The thought of people sitting at home in their basements pulling their hair out, hollering threats about switching to Android, or trying to find ways to reinstall iOS 6 because of a few cosmetic changes makes me laugh. Does that make me a bad person?

Nah, their tears are delicious.

Ah, yes, the confusion between popular/successful and good/useful (in particular when the general populace, especially in large numbers, is involved).

Turn your brightness down and enjoy both good contrast AND good battery life, something that iOS 7 designs make possible. Ive has designed the most popular iOS ever created, what have you designed?
(emphasis added)

"You're not allowed to complain about a movie unless you have directed a better one." is the sentiment I am getting from your post. Please stop that. iOS 7 is created for consumers. Please allow those consumers to have an opinion.

New files created in Apple's new iWork on the Mac DO NOT preview or open if accessed via Dropbox on iOS.

Anyone else have this issue?

I'm starting to get tired of all the iOS love. Wake up people! They removed the soul of the OS! It now has almost no color, and no character. I agree that the new features are great, but there is no way you'll ever convince me that you truly prefer the eyesore that is iOS 7 over its predecessor. Does it look more "modern"? Of course it does. Why? Because iOS 6's interface was old. Plain and simple. That is all modern means. It in no way makes anything better than anything else. I'll take the "old" but pleasant-on-the-eyes interface any day.

Dropbox is inferior to iCloud in every single way. I'm ashamed of anyone who uses dropbox when they live in the Apple ecosystem.

I much prefer Dropbox over iCloud any day. Dropbox has been exceptionally useful to me via OS X, iOS and Windows.

i have the same problem. if you notice the file shows 0KB only until you click it will it give you the file size. My understanding is that since Mavericks changed the way it stores files DropBox is doesn't recognize how to pull files. Although files created in iWork 2009 are exported properly.
