I am not jumping on those that do. I am calling people out like you who go over-board in a case like this and start talking about your "financial well-being" and other over-the-top things that will not be affected by this move.

I am not advocating theft nor am I trying to say that everyone should do this but if the guy goes back and gets it replaced, Apple's stock will not be hurt by this posters move. It happens probably every day and we can see it on here quite a bit with these scratches and marks that people claim just got on their phones after purchases.

I guess we're going to have to agree to disagree on this issue. I don't think I've gone over the top. While one person can't affect me, many doing the same thing can. I can respect your opinion that it doesn't, but I have to disagree. I do however see no point in continuing to go back and forth. I'm obviously not going to change your mind, and you're not going to change mine. I don't see how my concern with my finances affects you in anyway. I do appreciate it that you felt it was important enough to tell me that my concern about MY status is over the top. Thank you for adjusting me and letting me know that MY financial position, and MY feelings about MY position are over the top. It's nice to know that there is someone out there that is self important enough to let me know what I should feel and think.

You're damn right I'm bothered by it. If you don't like my "ridiculous over-the-top high school drama type post" then shut up and ignore it.

If you don't want to be called out for them, don't make the idiotic drama queen statements.

However, I think it would bother you and would put your future in danger if I was taking $5 from you daily.
If that were actually the case, I would be bothered. Unfort, that isn't the case in this instance.

I just ask that you keep your ridiculous and antagonistic high school games to your self.

As long as you continue stating such ridiculous things, expect a response.

Sounds like I touched a nerve? That was not my intention. Thank you again for your input. Your arguments are well thought out and contribute to the discussion.

:DJust go do it I dropped my Iphone the screen died I told them the screen went blank for no apparent reason, they gave me a new iphone, im happy.

We're not talking about scratches here. We're talking about a dropped phone. Apple should replace the cracked phones, but not ones that are damaged by the customer. Get in the correct conversation.

If you read this forum once or twice a day, you will see several posts a day or more that refer to a phone being damaged in some shape or way. Some times people will mention that there is a large scratch on the phone, others will talk about how there are cracks in their phone. Some even talk about both being on their phone. How did they get there? Well, the posters will claim they came that way. In some cases, I believe them and am sure they did. In most, it is obvious the posters either dropped it, had someone else drop it, or somehow otherwise damaged it themselves and want to get it replaced.

It happens. It isn't the end of the world that someone goes back to get it replaced.

Your opinion. Just like mine. Let it go man. It's my concern. Don't insult me because I have concerns.

It is the case. The OP is not the only person doing this.

Ridiculous is your opinion. You are entitled to it. I am entitled to mine. No need to insult me because of it.

Are you really that dense in the head? First you claim your well-being is at stake and now you can't even understand what I am stating. Let me see if I can help you out since you apparently really need it

Get a grip on reality

Again believe it or not I am enjoying this discussion with you. And I hear what you are saying. I really am not that dense. However, look at itsm3cmg's post. He said straight out that he broke his phone and lied about it to get a new one. This isn't an isolated issue. It's happening all of the time and eventually it will affect us. But I agree to disagree. I hope you're not pissed and look forward to further spirited discussions. :D

Thanks. You just made my argument for me. I couldn't steal so brazenly and then have no conscience about it. Apparently theft isn't a problem for you. Glad you are happy with you criminal accomplishment.
