I think you're fine and don't worry about it. I used to worry about drops but after eating apple care + it doesn't bother me as much. Sure, dropping it is no fun but you had it in a case and its fine so I wouldn't stress over it.
 
dropped mine yesterday. iP6 in a Sipgen Slim Armor case and it landed corner first on a wooden step from waist level, which was about 35 inches. darn glass broke at the corner. no dents or scratches. so bummed. the 4S
5 and 5S felt and seemed so much more sturdy.

My girlfriend had an iPhone 4 in the Defender Series Otterbox. Last fall she dropped it waist high, face-first onto tile and the back glass shattered. Sometimes, it's just luck of the draw.
