G5, 2.5 GHz, Bluetooth, 512 MB, 250 GB, SuperDrive, NVIDIA 6800 Ultra, modem

I had a few glitches with additional RAM installation and second HD installation. In the first case, I just reseated the modules. In the second, I had to "tighten" the SATA cable to main logic board connections.

Everything working so far. I feel for those of you waiting in Europe. At least you don't have the political mess there that we have here.... :)

Just had a chance to use a dual 2.5 GHz Powermac in the valley fair store, and it was crazy fast. All applications open in micro seconds, and to top it off, a 30" monitor was attached to that bad boy. I hope one day my iMac G5 will be that fast and I hope the day I get my iMac G5 will be soon.

G5 2.5 Received

**** the bed, that thing is fast.

I have no cash for sexy flatscreen monitor, but have just installed Logic Pro, played around with Sculpture and... my head exploded.

I know it's been said a thousand times on this forum, but.. it's worth the wait...
