Then "Will Apple (AAPL) iPhone Sales Cause A New Recession?" should be "Will Spending Money Cause A New Recession?," if your arguments are true. He implied the iphone MAY cause it in the article, and he used the inflammatory title to further imply it. What's ridiculous is to even suggest a few hundred dollars has an effect, when it's cars, houses and the big ticket items that matter.

Sure, if you're judging the article solely by its title. If you look at the content, however, it's pretty obvious that the author is describing the effects of spending money which one does not have (and which probably does not exist).
