The two attached scripts together make EXACT copies of your disks. Lookups on CDDB work, which is NOT the case when using itunes (or various other methods).

Wow, thanks a ton for these. I spent an hour (and burned three coasters) before realizing that OS X can't simply copy an audio CD. These scripts work great.
By the way, in case it isn't obvious to others, you need the cdrdao utility installed (this is available through Fink). Then, rename the files to have a ".sh" extension, add execute permission (chmod +x *.sh), and run them.
FYI, I just tried using Burn (latest version) on my PPC G5 running Tiger. I get a message saying Unknown disk image - Can't determine disc format. This happens with all of the audio CDs I throw at it.
I tried LiquidCD and it keeps looking for another optical drive (there is only one) so that can't be used.
So I tried SimplyBurns and it works like a charm. Very similar to Toast (I misplaced my old copy after a HD crash) and easy to use. Lookups on CDDB work so it would appear to be an exact copy. That would be my recommendation.
