thos are some super detailed pics chris, what kinda camera are you using now?

Those pics actually aren't mine. They aren't the best quality. But in my recent reviews (the pics most people have been telling me are getting really good), I'm using a Nikon D3100. I'm going to move up to a D7000 in the near future.

the pictures were not that good it was how it focused on what ever the the object the cases are sitting on is what caught my eye, i have no idea why but cheap cameras dont focus that way.

if you want to sell you nikon let me know i want to get a decent camera for the wife to play with.

Since this thread has started, I've been skimming through it mostly for the pictures and resulting in me buying the e13ctron case. I've received my Matte Dark Gray case yesterday and I've had it on for a day now. The case is great and everything I expected but I have come across a situation.

I've been noticing my phone move from side to side as if I have a loose fit. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Now don't get me wrong....it's not very drastic but enough for a person who's OCD about their iPhone like me to notice. I just want to know if maybe I need to new plastic inserts or I may try to add some felt padding to the inside of the case somehow. Either way it's too early to do anything. Just wanted to get your feedback.

Thanks!

I too have noticed this and personally I've concluded it's the plastic liner sliding around when you squeeze the sides and push up or down at the same time.

I could be wrong, but I've stopped worrying about it

I'd bet a Starbucks coffee that the plastic liners are not installed correctly.

No, I made sure it was installed correctly. It could be the vinyl sticker that the liner is sliding against. Either way I dont notice any degradation in signal quality or anything

i had this experience with the new white liners. i put in my old yellow liners and it doesn't move. i emailed Jacob about it, he just sent me a new set of liners. now that's great costumer service!

Yes, the current case will fit the Verizon iPhone, but the hole just isn't lined up perfectly. The switch is still operational, however, and the case fits over the phone with no issue. See the orange/light gray case in the pictures I've attached below to see what the current s4 looks like on the Verizon iPhone.

I have a wall post on e13ctron's Facebook page and they commented that the Verizon version won't be available until Mid-March. :(

That's already been stated (the mid March date). We were just talking about the fact that the current case will in fact fit the Verizon iPhone, but won't be lined up ideally.

I switched my liners from top to bottom and bottom to top. The fit seems to be better. But through out the day it has become loose again. I may be sending Jacob an email as well.

But I still have to say that this case is sweet!!! I haven't experienced any issues with signal loss either here in Southern California.

belt clip

I am considering buying one---However occasionally I need a belt clip ---does anyone have suggestion on belt clips that will work with these great IPhone protectors

thanks

I love the Speck HoldSter universal belt clip when I need to use a clip/holster. It fits the phone naked, plus works with all but the biggest cases (won't work with the Otterbox Defender, for example). You can see it on Speck's website here: http://www.speckproducts.com/iphone-case/iphone-4-case/holdster-iphone-belt-clip.html

Got mine today, great service from e13ctron to,not a rare combination of colours to start with i know, but these are quite rare in the UK so i dont think i'll see many about, along with the luckylabs back to....will be getting a red top in the next few days to.....

Some stuff arrived in the mail today! I bought the matte blue/black combo from a member here, I bought a matte black front from E13ctron, and some side wraps from Lucky Labs. Somewhere down the road E13ctron has changed something in the matte finish, as the new front doesn't match the older back, but no biggie. I'll be adding a side wrap later.

So I installed my e13ctron s4 aluminum case – polished aluminum anodized finish on my iphone4, I must say I love it, But at home I have No Service to 1 bar of AT&T with it on, wife has 4-5 Bars in a Slider Case, screws in or out its the same thing, just wrapping the phone and I loose signal.. so it has to go... Too bad too looks and feels awesome...its ok when im out and about but I just cant use my phone in the house...

I guess that is the bane of all aluminum cases :(, pity since this case looks so nice. Suggest the atomic hybrid (love mine, it has no signal loss) or the upcoming hybrid version of the electron.

ill keep looking, I do love this case though, i may try and find a dedicated hex with a handle ans just switch it out once in a while, Anyone know where i can get a hex head driver for it...???????????

You did install the liners correctly right?

That was one of the things that worried me about any aluminum case. I am happy to report that with no case in my house I get one bar, with the S4 on I still get one bar. Field test shows a 12db drop, but calls go through, gps works, and 3g speeds are the same, so I'm a happy camper.

If you can wait about a week, Jacob and the guys are supposed to be listing this higher quality billet aluminum handled driver (for those of us that keep swapping out the case components for different colors) on the webstore for sale soon. Tentative plans are to have it listed by the weekend.
