I've been following the forum for quite some time and had to join to share my experience.
I went through numerous threads looking for the right case for my phone. After much consideration and member feedback, I decided to order an E13ctron S4v case.
I ordered on 10/17/11. Excited to get my case, I waited a couple days for the shipping notification. Didn't get one, so I thought, let me send them a note, a day later, I receive a response, which as a customer, seemed more like an excuse (sorry its crazy here, only 3 of us, we don't have your color in stock).
So they don't have it in stock, what about an email indicating that? Update your website if possible. If I knew of another color in stock I might have ordered it!
I get another response my color will be in Friday (the 21st). Come Monday, still didn't get my tracking number. At this point, my credit card has been charged. I asked them on Tuesday, what the status of my order was. No response.
I have sent another note today, not sure if I'll get a response. I know from the reviews they make great cases and I really do want mine. But the lack of customer service is TERRIBLE from a business standpoint. My friend ordered an authentic graft case and even a knock off of some case from China AFTER I ordered my e13ctron case and he has them in his hand.
Why E13ctron can't respond to me is baffling. Before anyone says they are small and probably busy, I have personally run an internet company selling product to customers. I was half the operation and I know the importance of open communication with my customers no matter what the issue is, delays, inventory issues, etc. I ALWAYS talked to the customer in a PROMPT manner. I also didn't charge the customer until I had the product to ship. Once the item shipped, I sent tracking right away. There is nothing like knowing the customer is excited to get that tracking number and hitting refresh the day their item arrives.
I'm a flexible person and sure they are probably busy, but TELL ME, let me know that I'm not left high and dry. I still want my case but if I don't hear back soon, they'll be getting a charge back from my credit card company.
