Greetings all from Singapore! Having owned Alumacase, Atomic Hybrid Composite, Case Mate Jett, my current silver / black e13ctron case is my 4th (& possibly last!) aluminum case.

My impressions are similar to many positive reports here. The finish is very smooth and well polished. Hopefully, from the pictures, you can see how well the front & back halves seamlessly fit together. Wifi/GPS/phone reception are not an issue, at least for me - I didn't notice any signal drop, mainly because phone reception is generally good in my country, so I'm usually getting 3 to 5 bars. The case is more sleek than the Atomic and very nice to hold. The e13ctron folks are also very responsive to my emails and shipping is fast.

The best part? I'm able to use my earphone cable after some modification to the 3.5mm plug. For audiophiles who's keen to know my setup, its an ALO Audio SXC silver-plated copper cable paired with JH Audio 16 Pro customs.

Now scratching my head over the next color combo! Happy holidays everyone!

Just noticed . . .

I must have missed this before, but I just noticed on the e13ctron.com site home page that you can preview the color combination. Kind of like the Vaja case site. Cool.

If you click on the cart image it will show you all the colors in matte and glossy finish so you can see the difference.

Wow, I never noticed that before. I always just passed over the homepage thinking it was text and images, not something interactive. Pretty cool feature

The dark grey I have is the polished aluminum anodized finish. I do have to add that their customer service is excellent. My case was shipped with a really small dimple on the front piece, which I didn't mind initially as it doesn't affect the functionality of the case. I started to focus on it after a couple of days, so I sent an email to the sale team at e13ctron with pictures attached to see what they thought. They responded immediately with a tracking number for a new front piece. I have to say, pretty awesome on their part.

those guys really are great. they ship everything quickly and ussually arives within 3 days of purchase none of that element and atomic wait time bs..

My wife had it shipped two day express to make sure it would be here by Christmas for me and it showed up early the morning after she ordered it. They are definitely on it with shipping.
 
Anyone have both gloss and matte?

Just wonder if any of you have handled both the gloss and matte finish? I like this one enough to order another of a different color, and was thinking about the new matte. Thanks!
 
I don't have the polished but can imagine how it feels after owning other aluminum cases. I got the Matte and Absolutely love it, not as slippery and I really like matte colors. I just ordered another one.
I just sent an email and got a reply within 10 minutes and this is every time I've emailed them and gotten a response this quick. They Honestly have
Amazing service.

Jacob of e13ctron is a great guy to deal with. every transactions turns out smooth. damn! i'm thinking of getting another one.

i got the blue, red and the orange top came in yesterday!

maybe a light gray top to match my light gray back...:D

my iphone really feels different in my hands now without this case.
 
Awesome Customer Service

I have just to drop a quick note regarding the customer service that e13ctron provides...IT IS AMAZING.
My emails were replied to within minutes - not ignored like my friends at Atomic.
Jacob is super friendly, knowledgeable and best of all willing to 100% stand behind his product! This company along with Jacob has by far the BEST customer service (dare I say it) I have experienced EVER!!!
Please support this company they deserve to succeed and it's consumers like us that are going to help them! They obviously live by the "Golden Rule" it is only fair we do the same for them!

I know I've said the Customer Service from Jacob is Amazing and it just doesn't stop. I, like some of you been waiting for the black screws and what do you know... I just got an email and they shipped it to me today without me having to ask again. Like mentioned above, this is probably the BEST customer service I have ever received buying anything online.
 
Any GPS issue?

I have at&T, and wondering if this case has any GPS issue(while driving).
I want to buy one but this is the only reason stop me from buying it right now becuase there are not enough review on reception.

Any comment?

no gps issue on this case.

i've been using this for weeks, definitely my favorite!

i havent had any issues with mine. i even have pretty low reception in my area of town and it still works great. get one they are the best and you wont regret it when it shows up on your door step in 4 days or less, not like other companys that take months.
