early 2015 rMBP battery remaining estimation low

Hey,
I am wondering why I am getting such a low estimation of remaining battery time on my early 2015 rMBP, When battery is full I am getting 5:30hr (+-) remaining...
According to coconutbattery my battery capacity if 99% of the original capacity and it only has 34 cycles
does those estimations has any accuracy in them?

Battery life is highly dependent on usage.

Also, the estimates are not accurate at all. I have my percentage indicator turned off.

That estimate is based on your current usage so if you have a lot of apps running and/or flash enabled on a browser with lots of tabs open or google chrome running etc etc etc then your battery will run down more quickly. You could also have a rogue app churning away somewhere, Dropbox doesn't help. Check your activity monitor and work out what is using the most energy.
